All cancellations are subject to a $150 service fee (per attendee). Before January 23, 2009, you will receive a refund of your payment minus the service fee. After Jan. 23, your payment will be credited toward a future Ragan event, minus the service fee. Registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel prior to the event are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind. No exceptions.
