Christine Kent is the editor of Ragan's Media Relations Report. In addition, she creates editorial material for a variety of PR and media clients. Prior to becoming a consultant, Kent was the first-ever writing manager at Blanc & Otus Public Relations, a national leader in high-tech PR, where she developed the agency's writing program. Her responsibilities included initiating writing systems and processes agency-wide, and creating style guides, writing tools and training classes for the 170-person firm.
