As you might guess, the list contains many of the usual suspects, plus two organizations hit hard by Hurricane Sandy.

Many of the usual suspects rank among the worst companies for customer service in 2012. Airlines and cable providers saw some of the lowest customer satisfaction scores, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). Several popular social networks also had dismal scores, as well as two utility companies.
