Infographic: Bosses earn 6.4 out of 10 from employees worldwide
Workers give their bosses a modest mark when asked to rate their performance. How would you grade your boss?

If someone asked you to grade your boss, would you give him or her high marks? Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group asked 97,000 employees from 30 countries to rate their bosses, and compiled the results in an infographic . The average grade employees gave their bosses was 6.4 out of 10. Almost half (48 percent) of employees surveyed feel their company leader is empowering and inclusive, but 45 percent say their boss is not preparing them for the future.
