Would you consider your social media skills advanced?

If you do, you're among the 44.4 percent of marketers who feel their social media skills are at an advanced or expert level.

SEOmoz recently conducted a survey of 6,491 marketers to determine the state of Internet marketing and search engine optimization, and highlighted some of the results in an infographic.

As marketers feel more at ease with social media, Facebook and Twitter have maintained their top spots on the social media food chain. In addition, 74 percent of marketers use LinkedIn for branding.

Here's what else marketers said:

  • Sixty percent want analytics capabilities in their social media management tools.
  • Seventy-six percent use blogs for content marketing.
  • Google+ is the third most popular network.
