This weekend, Aspen, Colorado, will serve as a playground for anyone who loves exquisite culinary dishes and adult libations (and let’s be honest, that’s just about all of us).

The 36th annual edition of the aptly-named FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen kicks off June 15 and features a who’s-who in the culinary and beverage industries.

For three days, connoisseurs, chefs and anyone who loves a delectable meal and a well-crafted glass of the good stuff will hear from—and rub shoulders with—some of the most brilliant minds in the food and beverage world

Hugh Acheson, Stephanie Izard, Jacqués Pepin, Shayn Bjornholm, Gabrielle Hamilton and Kelli White are just a few of the many world-famous cooks and beverage aficionados who will impart their knowledge and share their experiences during sessions at the event. Believe me, I could have listed so many more.
