More shocking is that 82 percent say they would be more loyal to their employers if they could work from home and enjoy other flexible work options.

If so, you aren't alone. Telecommuting and flexible work schedules are on the rise. In fact, 63 million Americans will be working from home by 2016.
Employees want flexible work schedules and the ability to telecommute for work-life balance (74 percent), family (52 percent), health and wellness (52
percent) and to save time and stress (47 percent), among other reasons.
