huge concern. According to Gallup,
70 percent of U.S. employees are “not engaged” at work. Dynamic Signal cites another Gallup finding that disengaged employees
cost companies upward of $500 billion each year in lost productivity,
reinforcing that employee engagement is about more than PR and good vibes.
