There are more than 500 million tweets sent out every day, and if Twitter users constituted a country, it’d be the 12th-largest in the world. Forbes estimates the company’s long-term monetization could reach $10 billion, so the Twitterverse won’t be silenced anytime soon. No wonder Twitter employees drink a collective 585 gallons of coffee each week.

Twitter is seeking a director of marketing strategy and operations in its San Francisco headquarters. Candidates should have at least eight years of marketing experience; knowledge of investment banking is even better.
The position requires developing and scaling marketing campaigns with several different departments, including events, creative, messaging and international marketing teams, so candidates should have a solid marketing portfolio and a history of successfully working with teams.
