If you have any questions about home furniture, you’ll have to wait about 88 hours before someone gets back to you.
According to a Consumerist blog post about new study of customer service, the furniture company ranked last in email response time.
Compare that with OfficeDepot.com, which leads the pack by responding to emails within 48 minutes of receiving them.
Email response isn’t the only thing the study focused on. The best day to reach people by phone? Sunday, surprisingly enough.
But it shouldn’t come as a surprise that Monday and Friday are the worst.
