Looking to spice up the employee publication? Heed the following suggestions.

Tip: Just because you felt uncomfortable during your first few days of work doesn’t mean the next new hires have to. Select one edition of your newsletter and publish articles sharing views and insights about the company for new hires. Try blending useful questions with lighthearted ones.

Tip: Hook readers quickly. For safety articles, present the worse case scenario immediately and work from there. Make sure you don’t unnecessarily instill panic or fear.
