How Atrium Health engages with its deskless employees

Atrium Health enriched the meaning of “sharing is caring” with its employee advocacy program.

Engage deskless workers

Atrium Health is a leader in research, education and patient care, employing more than 70,000 team members across 40 hospitals and more than 1,400 care locations in the Southeast. While employee connection is often driven by the many patients that come into their care, Atrium Health wanted to share personal employee stories internally to connect employees to the health care provider’s purpose and each other.

It formed Team Teal, a group of highly engaged, passionate teammates to help share their stories on a employee communications platform and mobile app — created in partnership with FirstUp. Teal Insider Atrium Health’s vast network of clinical locations and frontline workers who don’t have access to a computer terminal.

On Wed., Aug. 24, Atrium Health will share details of the employee engagement initiative, including tips to create your own. Join this FREE webinar to learn:

  • How to start and then maintain an advocacy program for sharing and dispersing content that resonates
