Offer flexible hours: This shows employees you trust their time management skills, and that you recognize their hard work.

Write handwritten letters: It takes time and thought to write a handwritten note, and employees will appreciate the personal gesture. Plus, it gives them a physical reminder of your appreciation that they can keep on their desks.

Create work-free areas in the office: Give employees a place they can visit to escape their desks, yet stay in a work mindset. This allows employees to take short mental breaks that can help them stay focused the rest of the day.

Allow employees to telecommute: If some employees are more productive at home or from a coffee shop, let them work from outside the office.
