Conventional wisdom holds that millennials are lazy, entitled, addicted to technology and, generally, the worst.

Sure, some members of Generation Y fit those stereotypes—but so do members of other generations.

Whether or not you’re a fan of millennials, at least a few probably work for your company. If you want them to stick around (and you should, unless you don’t mind the costs that come with employee turnover), you have to know how to engage them.
