Patting yourself on the back because you finally prodded the CEO into blogging? Don’t relax just yet. Your next executive communications project may be to get him or her Twittering on a regular basis.

It may not have occurred to you to use the words “CEO” and “Twitter” in the same sentence, but Tony Hsieh, CEO of online shoes retailer Zappos.com, has embraced the “tweet” as a prime vehicle for delivery of messages from the C-suite.
