Is this the happiest Facebook campaign ever?

Prigat’s Facebook app encouraged users to send in pictures of themselves smiling. For every smile, fresh juice was donated to charity.

You’ve likely heard about user-generated content but what about user-generated orange juice?

Israeli juice maker Prigat blazed that particular online trail earlier this year what the company claimed was “the world’s first Internet juicer activated by users’ smiles.” The company’s logo is a stylized smile.

Here’s how it worked: Facebook users uploaded photos of themselves with big smiles on their faces. Each time a smile picture went up, the juicer turned on and made some more juice. Users could watch the juicer via a live webcam.
