Take these lessons from the late, great Michael Hammer

Early in September, the business world lost a visionary, influential best-selling author, and consultant with the death of Michael Hammer.

Dr. Hammer was not associated with lean per se. Nor did he speak or write much on the subject of communications. Yet, he was an extraordinary teacher in my development of lean communications’ principles and practices.
