With over 25 years of experience across graphic design and internal communications, she specializes in marrying written and visual communications to create unique and impactful messaging. Currently, Decker is the Senior Manager of Internal Communications and Women's ERG co-lead at Thumbtack. Whether it be through written, verbal, or visual communications — quite often a combination of the three — her goal is to keep everyone at Thumbtack informed and engaged.
