Abby Hodes is an accomplished communications leader with more than 20 years of experience steering some of the world’s most iconic brands through complex challenges to achieve transformative growth. As Vice President of Corporate Communications at Hasbro, she leads global storytelling and reputation management for the toy, games and IP company, working with beloved brands including Monopoly, Transformers, Dungeons & Dragons, Peppa Pig, and My Little Pony. She leads a global team of experts to drive executive visibility, strategic storytelling, media relations, and issues management across Hasbro and its subsidiary companies.
Before joining Hasbro, Abby held senior leadership positions at M Booth and Ketchum, where she created award-winning campaigns for clients such as IKEA, Google, Mastercard, Weight Watchers, and Absolut Vodka. Over her career in the agency world, she launched new products, spearheaded culture-moving brand campaigns, guided executives and companies of all sizes through complex crises, and led high-performing teams.
A natural collaborator and mentor, Abby is passionate about building inclusive, agile teams that foster authentic connections. Whether shaping executive narratives, launching brands, or elevating cultural moments, she brings clarity, creativity, and heart to every story she tells.
Abby studied Journalism at the University of Maryland. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks with her dog Bella and staying inspired (and on-trend!) with the help of her teenage daughters.
