Dr. Allana Da Graca is the founder of the International Women Build Confidence Conference and Women Build Confidence Leadership programs.  She is a recipient of the TAMINS Scholarship, Robert C. Ford Fellowship and MLK Leadership award, and focuses on ideation for newpreneurs, social media for business, event planning for lead generation and support for executives transitioning into consulting careers. She teaches Digital Storytelling at Northeastern University (Boston).
