Ally Bunin is the global head of internal communications at Russell Reynolds Associates, a search and leadership advisory firm with 1800 employees and 575+ consultants in 47 offices worldwide. She previously served as senior vice president of the employee practice at MSL, vice president of employee engagement at Brighton Health Plan Solutions and director of organizational communications Northwell Health, among other roles. She also serves as a board member of the Employee Communications Executive Committee at PRSA. Her work has garnered a prestigious PRSA Silver Anvil, an IABC Gold Quill and other awards for excellence. She earned a B.A. in Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School at Arizona State University and attended the Columbia University graduate studies program for strategic communications. She lives in Atlanta with her husband, two children and three dogs.
