Working with the biggest kid creators in the world, on YouTube alone representing 1.3 Billion subscribers and nearly a trillion lifetime views, she drives the strategy and brand development that transforms creators into global franchises, now distributed on 45 platforms in over 80 countries, have mobile games with 50 Million downloads, and have driven over $1Billion at retail.

In her influential role, Amanda leads various teams steering pocket.watch's success and revolutionizing the way families connect with media. Amanda has implemented a framework for bridging YouTube channels into household brands, while importantly, scaling through strategic marketing and innovation that removes work from the child-talent, so pocket.watch brands are able to grow without putting any burden on a kid-creator.

Amanda has over 15 years of experience in entertainment marketing and brand management. Prior to pocket.watch, Amanda led marketing teams at ViacomCBS (now Paramount), and Martha Stewart.
