Cat Collela-Graham is an Adjunct Professor, internal communications leader and coach who secured the first and only trademark for Employee Experience in 2005. Cat founded the employee experience agency Cheer Partners, which was acquired after four successful years by Lippe Taylor Group in March, 2021. Cat continues to teach graduate students and supports internal communications clients.
