Christy Kelly is the executive director of strategy, analytics and insights at MMC, where she also leads AI transformation for the agency—including education, adoption and change management—and serves on Omnicom Public Relations’ interagency AI Leadership committee. She builds GPT models that allows her and her team to write insights-filled briefs that drive breakthrough creative, and deliver measurable results through the execution of strategic, omnichannel campaigns. She’s heavily involved in setting the strategy and overseeing execution across Omnicom Public Relations from her position within MMC and is responsible for research, strategy and analytics the organization’s largest clients, as well as establishing the creative strategy for high-profile new business efforts.
