Teresa Evans, Ph.D.

Dr. Teresa Evans is a neuroscientist, executive strategist and chief science strategist at TiER1 Performance, where she helps leading organizations solve complex performance, communication and behavior-change challenges across pharmaceutical R&D, clinical operations, medical affairs and government markets. She is also a senior strategic consultant for Sense Neuro Diagnostics on federal funding, DoD stakeholder engagement and commercialization strategy for emerging neurotechnology. In addition, Dr. Evans holds an adjunct faculty appointment at UT Health San Antonio. A former COO for Cancer Insight and Trauma Insight, Evans has led multidisciplinary teams advancing cancer immunotherapy, trauma care innovation and clinical research. She is also founder of DrTeresaEvans.com, where she applies neuroscience to executive coaching, resilience and leadership under pressure.
