Erika Hermanson

Erika Hermanson is chief communication officer for Providence Swedish North Puget Sound, where she leads strategic communications initiatives supporting Providence Swedish caregivers and physicians who serve patients in hospitals and clinics throughout Snohomish County and surrounding communities. A seasoned communications leader, Erika oversees executive communications, media relations, crisis and issues management, organizational change communications and employee engagement. She partners closely with leaders throughout the organization to develop strategies that strengthen trust, support business objectives and advance Providence Swedish's mission. Throughout her career, Erika has led communications for complex healthcare initiatives, service expansions and organizational transformations. She is passionate about authentic storytelling, building meaningful connections with stakeholders and helping organizations communicate with clarity, transparency and empathy during times of change.
