Gretchen Rose

Gretchen is a Human Resources Operations leader for Cozen O’Connor, a law firm headquartered in Philadelphia, PA with offices throughout the United States and Canada.  She works on Talent Management, Benefit and Well-Being programs in the organization.  A native Philadelphia, Gretchen has her undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College and her Masters in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
