Jay Graff
Director of Digital Associate Experience - JM Family Enterprises
Jay Graff is the director of digital associate experience at JM Family Enterprises, a privately held company with more than $20 billion in revenue and more than 5,000 associates. Rooted in automotive and united in its strong culture and core values, JM Family is in the business of helping other businesses succeed. In his role, Graff is responsible for spearheading the strategy and delivery of a modern, frictionless and intuitive digital experience for JM Family associates. He represents the voice of the associate in all digital experience-related initiatives and is an evangelist for the agile product management mindset. Graff also serves as the product manager for a newly launched corporate intranet built on Microsoft SharePoint, focusing on enhancing associate journeys. With over 25 years of experience in delivering corporate intranets and knowledge management solutions, Graff has extensive expertise with Microsoft SharePoint. Graff joined JM Family in August 2011 as a SharePoint Architect. Over the years, he has made significant contributions, including developing the strategy and rollout of an associate experience survey built on the Glint platform. He was the lead subject matter expert in delivering an enterprise-wide social intranet built on the Jive platform and played a pivotal role in driving the usage and rollout of SharePoint collaboration solutions. Prior to joining JM Family, Graff worked with notable companies such as Eclipsys (now Allscripts), Proudfoot Consulting, IBM and E&Y. Graff holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Florida International University. He is also a Certified SAFe 6.0 Lean Portfolio Manager and a Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager. Graff resides in Boca Raton, FL.
