Jennifer Nerida

Jennifer Nerida has been a senior American with Disabilities Act (ADA) specialist at PG&E since 2019. She focuses on ensuring all Title III ADA (Customer/Public) requirements are met, and that impacts to customers with disabilities are considered within all processes and procedures. She's also the co-communications director for PG&E's Access Network Employee Resource Group (ERG), whose mission is to support, advocate and celebrate the inclusion of people with disabilities in the company's workforce. In addition, she serves as accessibility director for PG&E's Customer & Communications Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Council, ensuring those with disabilities are included within conversations and initiatives.
