Julie Joseph

Julie Joseph oversees global IT Communications at Equinix delivering strategic and creative campaigns to drive the IT agenda forward with internal and external stakeholders. She also leads executive communications for Chief Information Officer, Milind Wagle. Joseph’s role sits at the intersection of IT and corporate communications priorities, to create awareness for various digital transformation initiatives as well as to enable the technology tools and platform adoption at Equinix. She is passionate about crafting impactful and measurable campaigns that connect with relevant audiences. She comes from the communications agency world, where before Equinix she was a Senior Vice President for B2B technology at Porter Novelli, a global Omnicom Public Relations firm. Before moving to the U.S., Julie worked for over a decade with global tech clients in India, shaping her truly global perspective for communications. She has led PR campaigns for key enterprise companies such as HP, NetApp, SanDisk, Intuit, Oracle, Mu Sigma, Hitachi Data Systems, Applied Materials, EMC, AMD, RSA, Analog Devices, Infosys, McAfee, Qualcomm, Microsoft Research, etc. Her background includes degrees in engineering and communications.
