Kate Strathdee

Kate Strathdee is the Global HR Benefits Communication Specialist at Intel Corporation. Within her first year at Intel, Kate knew she wanted to work in global benefits communications, because health care and corporate mental health programs have always been her passion. In 2020, Kate worked with the Intel HR Benefits team to build the first corporate conversation about mental health—now an ongoing priority for the company. She was the communications lead responsible for launching a full-scale, highly successful corporate campaign to educate, destigmatize, and engage employees in a discussion about their mental wellness. Prior to Intel, Kate worked for Regence BlueCross BlueShield in health insurance education. She has an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has years of experience working in patient health care with adults with developmental disabilities.
