Melanie Wolkoff serves as the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at The Gorilla Glue Company, a leading manufacturer of adhesives and related products headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio with over 875 global employees. In this role, she is responsible for shaping and executing the company's internal and external communications strategies, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and corporate objectives. Her team is also responsible for employee engagement and culture, one of Gorilla Glue’s key to success.
Since joining Gorilla Glue in 2019, Melanie has played a pivotal role in elevating the company's presence and public relations efforts. Most notably, she was the spokesperson for Gorilla Glue when a consumer incorrectly used one of their adhesives, resulting in a national PR event. Her tenure includes positions such as Assistant Brand Manager and Manager of Digital, Social, and Public Relations, where she contributed to the company's growth and visibility. In her current position, she continues to leverage her expertise to enhance corporate communications and support the company's mission of building brands people love with products they believe in alongside people they care about. Keeping culture top of mind in all that Gorilla does is one of her biggest passions and motivators. Prior to joining Gorilla Glue, she worked as a vendor for the company for six years where she already felt part of the family so she decided to make it official.
Melanie holds a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and loves to cheer for the Buckeyes. She is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she has two boys in Elementary School who keep her very busy and active.
