Melissa Gomez

Melissa has over 10 years of experience developing and executing integrated communications programs for health brands. She is currently the health sector lead for Miami and the Latin American region, as well as the co-lead of the US multicultural health task force. While at Edelman, Melissa has gained cross-health sub-sector experience, having worked with leading pharmaceutical companies including Roche, Astellas, Janssen, Gilead, Pfizer, Bayer, Alcon, Novartis, Sanofi Pasteur; with hospitals, such as MD Anderson, Houston Methodist Hospital and Baptist Health South Florida; and with NGOs, such as City Cancer Challenge Foundation.
