Neil H. Mansharamani has been a speechwriter at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) since 2005. He has prepared presentations for the FAA administrator, deputy administrator, the ATO’s chief operating officer and many other senior executives. He holds a doctorate in communication from the University of Maryland. Mansharamani also served as a White House intern and has received numerous national awards for public speaking.
