Previously, Virji was Senior Manager of Global Engagement for Microsoft, where she led the strategy, design and execution of objective-based training programs. A results-oriented digital advertising and content marketing consultant with a more than 17 years of experience  driving revenue and building high-performing teams, Virji was crowned the 2019-2020 Search Personality of the Year by the U.S. Search Awards, included on Adweek’s 2018 Young Influentials List, named by PPC Hero as the No. 1 Most Influential Expert in the world in 2016—as well as No. 2 in 2017 and 2020.
