Rachel Pearce

Rachel Pearce, Head of Employee Communications, Customer Service is a marketing communications professional with experience at both in-house and agency settings. In her role at Wayfair, she oversees communications related to the employee experience-- between strategy and leadership, talent and training, culture and engagement (and more!), there's never a dull day to be informing and connecting the field employees. In addition to corporate communications, she also carries experience in branding, cause marketing, social and events.
