Steph Lund

Steph Lund is the Chief Executive Officer, MSQ Sport + Entertainment North America. Steph oversees the client services, staff, growth and operational excellence for the agency.

Steph joined the MSQ team in the spring of 2025 to launch the Sport + Entertainment division for North America. Prior to that she served as SVP of Public Relations for Cornerstone and The FADER before moving to the role of Managing Director and later, CEO of M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment for 7 years, the position she held before taking the lead at MSQ.

For the last two consecutive years, Steph was named to Ragan Communication/PR Daily's Workplace Wellness Awards as "Top CEO of the Year." Steph was also behind a two-year streak for winning "Top Places to Work for Employee Wellbeing" and "Best Mental Health Initiatives” in 23 and 24 for M&C Saatchi.
