Suran Ravi

Suran Ravi is the director of intelligence and insight at Citizen Relations, a Plus Company and global communication agency. In this role, Ravi helps household brands like Arizona Iced Tea, LobLaws, etc., connect their brand content with relevant cultures and themes—using the latest technology, including AI data analytics tools. He leads a team of insights experts that analyze consumer behavior to ensure that brands’ work is rooted in what’s current and what will drive real change for the business. Ravi  relies on a variety of market research tools to inform insights, often listening to conversations in places and by people others might dismiss or overlook, but who are driving trends.
