Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz returned as top exec this week, publishing a letter to employees that said the company will immediately suspend its stock buyback program to invest more into its people. Schultz also promised he and other leaders would go on a listening tour to hear from employees in stores and manufacturing plants around the world on how they envision the future of Starbucks.
