As Director of IT Training for the NBA, Anita Perez is responsible for providing training, building awareness and helping expand the use of NBA technology among league staff. Her team is involved in the creation and implementation of training courses, documentation, videos, communications, education, support and tracking the technical needs of the user community in all regions globally. Anita is also a member of the leadership team for Home Court, the NBA’s employee intranet, helping set the overall strategy and vision for the platform while managing its content, structure, design and more than 100 contributors and authors.
