Leanora Minai is communications director for Duke University's Office of Communication Services and editor for the employee print publication Working@Duke, and Working@Duke on Duke Today, the university's daily online news site. Prior to joining Duke, Minai was a reporter for the St. Petersburg Times, now the Tampa Bay Times, in Florida. Minai is always looking for a good story that can make a difference and effect positive change. She received a certificate in documentary arts from Duke's Center for Documentary Studies after producing a short film about mothers who support each other through grief after losing a child to murder.

Bentley McBentleson is the digital marketing manager at KFC US. He is responsible for the digital strategy for the brand hoping to put a bucket of chicken in every home and a smile on every customer's face. Selling more buckets more frequently through engaging content that fits the medium and keeping Colonel Sanders top of mind amongst fried chicken enthusiasts are the goals in crafting the Kentucky fried netscape (is that still a word people use?).  Currently in Louisville, Bentley hails from Brooklyn, NY where he worked as media manager with Omnicom agency maslansky + partners.

John Young is a social business advisor for Southwest Airlines. His role focuses on providing strategic guidance and recommendations for Southwest's social customer care and Listening Center. Before coming to Southwest, Young was a social media strategist for AT&T. He drove the strategy and buildout of social customer care and social tools and developed AT&T's custom social media command center.
