Intranet Feature Must-Haves for the New Work Experience

Julie Miller is a seasoned internal communicator with extensive experience working with communications tools and improving employee adoption and engagement. She leads Simpplr’s internal communications initiatives and works closely with executives and employees to ensure streamlined and effective communications and processes across the organization.

Aline Mello is an organizational psychologist whose quest is to help people find fulfillment in their work. She combines a natural touch in perceiving human behavior, hands-on experience in program management and OD functions, and her love for translating data into insights to build programs that impact the work experience of hundreds of people. Mello builds and manages employee experience programs at Simpplr, including onboarding for new hires, global recognition and mentorship.

Isis Simpson-Mersha is a conference producer and reporter at Ragan Communications where she writes content for Ragan.com and PR Daily.com. She also produces conferences (live and virtual), workshops, boot camps and webinars with strategic content. Before joining the Ragan team, Simpson-Mersha worked for MLive as a digital and newspaper journalist, reporting on communities and businesses and other topics in mid-Michigan. She also worked as a radio news producer and host at NPR member station, WCMU Public Radio during her time at Central Michigan University.
