Andrew Bates is the director of enterprise data strategy at AARP, where he's responsible for developing and managing programs to help AARP's many groups use business intelligence for the greater good of the organization. Working closely with internal marketing groups and external technology vendors, he bridges these worlds, regularly presenting his insights and recommendations to an executive committee of decision-makers. A veteran of internet technology, data analysis and digital marketing, he's focusing on the deployment of a big-data initiative that will connect AARP's many technologies and systems, enabling the organization to better measure the effectiveness of its marketing efforts and improve the experience of its members. For 20 years, he has developed winning marketing strategies and multi-channel attribution models for organizations, including Navy Federal Credit Union, DuPont, American Cancer Society and Rosetta Stone.

Danielle Brigida

Leads the national social media strategyU.S. Fish & Wildlife Service

Danielle Brigida leads the national social media strategy at the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. She is a wildlife geek who has a passion for connecting people with wildlife and uses technology to do so. As an early adopter of social media with creative, engaging campaigns, she has been recognized as one of the 10 Most Generous Social Media Mavens by Fast Company; one of the 75 Environmentalists to follow by Mashable; one of 10 People to Follow Who are Saving the World by Mother Nature Network and was named a Social Media MVP by PR News in 2014. Brigida has been interviewed about her social media experience by USA Today, The New York Times, The Nonprofit Times, Fast Company, The Washington Post, and Mashable.

Dr. David Rockland

Global Research & Analytics CEO Ketchum

Dr. David Rockland, Ketchum's Global Research & Analytics CEO, joined Ketchum in 2000. He is responsible for the agency's research, measurement and analytics products and services called Ketchum Global Research & Analytics (KGRA). He oversees staff in 20 cities around the world, having grown that business from a handful of team members to well over 120 now. Rockland is a thought leader in communications measurement and analytics and consults with a wide array of Ketchum and KGRA clients. He is the primary author of the Barcelona Principles, the first-ever set of standards for communications measurement. He was the Chairman for the International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communications (AMEC) for 2013-2014. He also served as the Chairman of the IPR Commission on PR Measurement and Evaluation in 2007 and 2008 and is now an Emeritus Member of the Commission. He has been recognized with several industry awards for his leadership of the communications measurement profession and has a monthly column in PRSA's "Tactics" magazine.
