Cancellation Policy

Fees are non-refundable. Substitutions will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the event for another conference or workshop of equal value. Within 7 days of the event, Ragan may, on a case by case basis, issue a credit voucher for another conference or workshop of equal value within the next 365 days.
