He has helped both public and private sector institutions tackle challenges including restructuring, global mobility and gender balance using a combination of digital and in-person experiences. He also sets strategy and develops communications campaigns for global change initiatives. He has launched two new online platforms, coordinated the firm's largest global program and convenes a council of local communicators from around the world. Prior to joining McKinsey, Willcher received his law degree from New York University and undergraduate degrees from the University of Maryland.
