There are a number of highly influential employees among your workforce. They aren’t traditional influencers, though, like the ones who support your brand through their own social media channels. These internal influencers are the people all your other employees go to for “the meeting after the meeting.” They influence what other employees think/feel/say/do in support of your company’s goals, objectives, mission and purpose. Given their outsized ability to sway other employees, you’d think companies would already know who they are. But most don’t. And that’s both a huge miss and a huge opportunity.

Join us on July 10th for a FREE webinar where Jason Anthoine and Tracy Maurer will discuss why and how to identify the key influencers within your organization and the ways you can equip them with the right information and tools to foster deeper engagement and drive better business results. Through real-world examples and data-backed insights, you’ll discover:

  • How to identify your own internal influencers. Pro tip: They aren’t who you and HR think they are.
  • Ways to connect with them (formally and informally) to tap into their networks without breaking the connections that make them so strong.
  • How technology can empower internal influencers to drive employee engagement and change.
  • Actionable insights about the true impact they are already having inside your culture and operations.
  • And much more.

In an environment where every employee experience touchpoint impacts the bottom line, it’s critical to understand, appreciate and collaborate with this unique subset of your employees who are already trusted advisors for the rest of your workforce.
