Employee Communications Boot Camp

If you want to improve the way your organization communicates (to everyone), start inside.

Sometimes neglected, often forgotten and almost always undervalued, employee communications may finally be getting its due. Organizations are realizing that great communication begins inside the enterprise before venturing beyond the walls to customers, prospects, the media and the community.

In this one-day workshop, Jim Ylisela will guide you through the steps to revive, upgrade and even reinvent your employee communications.

What you’ll learn:

  • Map the current and future state of your employee communications
  • Identify the obstacles to great employee communications—and remove them
  • Assess what’s working—and what’s not—by asking the people who know best: employees, managers and leaders
  • Build a strategy that connects employee communications to your organizational goals
Don’t miss this unique opportunity!
