JOB DESCRIPTION
Community Engagement Manager – with Influencer Marketing Experience.
Location: ONSITE 3 days a week onsite in Buckhead – Atlanta GA
Full time CONTRACT 40hrs a week through the end of the year /potential to convert.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Community Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to engage our target audience and build a vibrant online community. Your expertise in social media marketing and experience working with influencers will be essential in driving brand awareness, fostering meaningful connections, and increasing customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Manages day-to-day activities on the Client’s social channels (not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Create, curate, and manage exciting content for the Client’s’ social channels, including UGC and company created content (UGC, images, video, promotions and written)
- Foster engagement and community growth across the Client’s social platforms and website by responding to comments, engaging in conversation, and proactively encouraging conversations.
- Build, maintain and evolve relationships with existing and new influencers & brand/social loyalists.
- Collaborate with communications to design, create, and manage impactful campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with communications team to develop paid social media marketing campaigns and influencer content plans using pre-defined budgets.
- Creates monthly editorial content calendar for all the Client’s social platforms.
- Execute a conversion strategy to grow demand and conversions through content/stories by driving users to our website.
- Perform research across all social platforms to support marketing goals/objectives (end-user, competitive, new product launches, overall brand presence).
- Analyze, review, and report monthly to maximize results; translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising/optimizing social media efforts.
- Coordinate with communications team on managing social advertising spend; estimate and track ROI versus anticipated and actual results.
- Strong understanding of each social platform’s analytics, along with the ability to measure success and optimize as needed.
- Collaborate with communications team on A/B testing on the Client’s social channels.
- Monitors trends and effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of campaigns & initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Community Engagement Specialist or similar role, with a focus on social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing community engagement strategies, including working with influencers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with a diverse online community.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovative community engagement initiatives.
