As a Communications Channels Analyst, you will lead internal-facing communications content and channels projects and programs, working with the Strategic Communications team and multiple business stakeholders to translate content to support the online user experience. You’ll establish and maintain a well-organized, user-friendly digital architecture for enterprise communications that presents a consistent corporate look and feel. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring communications channels provide up-to-date and comprehensive content that is easily available to employees/reps. Finally, you will help to maximize the intranet potential at COUNTRY.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.
How does a Communications Channels Analyst make an impact?
Assists in developing and executing internal content and channels communications strategy, using Microsoft/Office 365 tools.
Creates recommendations for web content, based on business objectives and internal client needs.
Helps define user requirements; leverages information about the audience, client needs and business objectives to create user-centered designs; and conducts usability testing to improve designs.
Collaborates with Strategic Communications, creative and technical teams, including designers and content publishers, to create and maintain content for multiple digital assets.
Edits, proofs and enters content into the content management system as needed.
Creates wireframes, mockups, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
Provides project direction to copywriting and other creative staff.
Serves as resource to train team members on channels solutions.
Do you have what we’re looking for?
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work well with others.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
- Comfortable working with Excel and updating metrics/dashboards.
- The ability to synthesize data into an actionable plan is a plus.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technical skills and processes to support overall team responsibilities (SharePoint design/updates, video/photography, editing/proofreading, etc.).
- Typically requires 2 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
