Job Description
The primary purpose of this role is to manage company-wide internal communications programs and activities for key business partners, from the development of strategy, messaging and planning through the execution and measurement of internal message deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Drives internal communications, channel strategy development, and corporation wide associate engagement to create an integrated communications plan for strategic business unit.
Develops and maintains cross-functional relationships across the business to ensure seamless communication
Creates integrated communication plans that are aligned with enterprise strategy, upcoming business deliverables, and initiatives, while ensuring that communications are developed, approved, and executed on time.
Provides thought leadership in driving internal communications strategy and develops comprehensive communications plans, with a focus on channel elements and cross-functional partnerships
Recommends corporate communication opportunities for key executives and ensures strategic messaging is delivered to all appropriate parties
Entrusted with confidential and sensitive company information.
Identify and manage issues in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable to the needs of key internal partners
Responsibilities may include managing as an individual contributor or small team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, English, Journalism,
5 years’ Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Journalism, Strategy, Government Affairs, or Public Relations experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, Journalism, Communications
2 years’ operations experience
5 years’ people management / supervisory experience
10 years’ Corporate Communications, Television, or Public Relations experience
Bilingual
